Instructions for use

Wash and dry the headlights. Shake the bottle of Headlight Lens Repair & Renew. NOTE: Avoid using the products in the kit on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. The ideal application temperature is 30°C. Avoid using the ceramic acrylic wipe at 80% humidity or more. TIP: Use masking tape to protect the areas around the headlight.

PREPARING HEADLIGHTS:
1) Apply Headlight Lens Repair & Renew Compound to a small cloth/pad and spread the product evenly
over the headlight with moderate pressure and slow back and forth movements for about 30 seconds.
Wipe the area with a dry cloth. Repeat if necessary for best results. If an even result is not achieved, see step 2 for further processing.
2) Sanding headlights: Use water to wet the headlights and sanding pads. Use your fingers and press the green sanding pad (No. 1) against the surface and rub from side to side for about 30 seconds while keeping the pad and surface wet. Then flip the sanding pad to side 2 and rub in the opposite direction and only on the treated area.
Wipe the surface with a dry cloth.
3) Use Headlight Lens Repair & Renew Compound to treat the surface for about 30 seconds. Apply more pressure to the sanded area. Wipe off. Repeat to achieve maximum clarity. Restore both headlights before applying
Ceramic Acrylic Wipe.
4) Open a Ceramic Acrylic Wipe
while wearing gloves. Apply quickly over both headlights using
back and forth movements. Let the headlights dry for about 3-5 minutes. The curing time is about 24 hours.

NOTE: For optimal clarity and shine: Polish the headlights after the ceramic acrylic coating has cured. Use Headlight Lens Repair & Renew Compound for hand/manual processing. Extra wipes can be used for a new set of headlights or for extra clarity and protection. Wait 24 hours before applying a new layer of Ceramic Acrylic Wipe. The clarity of the headlights will improve dramatically with proper use of this kit. Headlights that are cracked, damaged, condensed, or severely weathered cannot be restored to their original condition. The vehicle can be used immediately after treatment.
