Terms of Sale for Turbotiden.no
These terms of sale and delivery apply to all purchases made through turbotiden.no, supplied by Rapp Invest og Utleie AS. By completing an order, you accept these terms as stated. Turbotiden may update the terms as needed, and the latest published version is always applicable.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The total amount of the order, including shipping, is shown before the purchase is completed.
Turbotiden may cancel or correct orders in case of obvious errors in price, stock status, or product information. The customer will be contacted if this applies to their order.
In case of obvious errors in price, product information or shipping costs, Turbotiden reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order and refund the amount paid.
3. Ordering and order confirmation
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that the order has been registered, but is not a guarantee of delivery.
If there are errors in stock, price or information, the order may be cancelled. You will be notified if this happens.
4. Delivery and shipping
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. When the package is shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to compensation.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on weight, size, and selected delivery method.
We collaborate with PostNord, Posten, and Helthjem to ensure fast and secure delivery. The shipping company is automatically selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, to ensure the best combination of price and delivery time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package until delivery.
Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days, depending on where in the country you live and which delivery method has been chosen.
5. Unclaimed packages
In Norway, an unclaimed package is not considered a right of withdrawal. If a package is not collected and therefore returned to us, the customer will be charged for actual shipping costs back and forth.
This fee is not a profit, but only covers the actual cost.
6. Right of withdrawal
At Turbotiden.no, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. This means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without stating any particular reason. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, along with all original packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out our return form or contact us by email. Return costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Value reduction may be deducted for use or damage.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us before returning the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• used goods that cannot be sold as new
• products that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned opened
• specially ordered goods outside our standard assortment

7. Complaints
Product complaints can be made between 2-5 years from receipt, based on the product type. For complaints, you must send the order number, a description of the defect, and pictures/video.
The right to complain does not apply in cases of improper use, lack of maintenance, or external damage.
8. Returns and refunds
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the return.
Repayment will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to an error by Turbotiden.
9. Age limit and use of the online store
You must be at least 16 years old to shop, or have parental approval.
10. Product information and use
Turbotiden strives to provide correct information, but errors may occur.
The customer is responsible for using products in accordance with instructions, safety data sheets, and warnings.
Improper use does not provide grounds for compensation.
11. Limitation of liability
Turbotiden is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, data loss, operating losses or other consequential losses resulting from the use of products purchased in the online store. The limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable Norwegian law.
Turbotiden is also not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the product in violation of the user manual, safety data sheet, or recommended maintenance. The customer is solely responsible for the correct and safe use of the product.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount the customer has paid for the relevant item, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions in Norwegian consumer legislation (such as the Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act).
12. Force majeure
Turbotiden reserves the right to postpone or cancel deliveries in the event of circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, acts of terrorism, epidemic/pandemic, strike, lockout, sabotage, transport stoppage, power outage, serious IT failures, or other extraordinary circumstances that make fulfillment of the agreement impossible or unreasonably difficult.
In force majeure situations, Turbotiden cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, non-delivery, or other consequences arising from such conditions. The customer cannot claim compensation, price reduction, indemnification, or cancellation of the purchase during a force majeure period.
Turbotiden shall inform the customer as soon as practically possible if such a situation arises, and continuously update on the status when conditions permit.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with Norwegian law and is used only for orders, customer service, and delivery.

15. Shipping damages
If the item is damaged during transport, this must be reported to us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. The damage must be documented with photos of the packaging, product, and visible damage. The packaging must not be discarded before the case is resolved, as the shipping company may require inspection.
In case of shipping damage, the following procedure applies:
- Take photos of the item, packaging, and damage
- Contact us at post@turbotiden.no with the order number and a brief description of the damage
- We will register the case and handle the claim with the shipping company
- Depending on the extent of the damage, you will receive a new item, an equivalent product, or a refund for your purchase
Shipping damages discovered upon delivery should be reported to both the carrier and to us immediately. If the damage is visible upon delivery, you should ask the carrier or pick-up point to note the damage upon handover.
Turbotiden covers shipping costs for sending out a new item when the damage is due to transport.
