RISLONE Head Seal™

RISLONE Head Seal is a professional workshop product that permanently repairs cracks and leaks in the cooling system – such as head gasket damage, cylinder head damage, gasket leaks, and frost-damaged components – in one simple process.

Can be used if the vehicle can idle for 15 minutes without overheating and without the need for coolant top-up.

Reinforced carbon fiber technology creates a reinforcement that permanently seals larger leaks, without side effects. The seal utilizes the high heat in the cylinder (up to 2800 °C) as a catalyst in the curing process, forming a material stronger than the gasket itself.

Benefits:

  • Repairs intake and head gasket leaks.
  • Seals cracks in cylinder heads and engine blocks.
  • Stops overheating and coolant loss.
  • Prevents exhaust gas in the cooling system.
  • Extra protection with carbon fiber.
  • One dose provides guaranteed results.
  • Easy to use and works quickly.
  • Compatible with all types of glycol, takes little time.
  • Used for leaks or cracks in the cylinder head, block, or head gasket.
  • Contains no harmful particles that can block the cooling system.

Dosing:

  • One bottle (1L) treats 9–19 liters of coolant.
  • Half a bottle covers 5–9 liters.
  • For larger or smaller systems: use 6 cl per liter of coolant.

Instructions for use:

  1. Allow the engine to cool down.
  2. Shake the bottle well.
  3. Add the correct amount of Head Seal to the cooling system and top up with approved coolant.
  4. Close the system, reattach hoses/cap.
  5. Turn on the heater to maximum heat and fan.
  6. Start the engine and let it run until the thermostat opens or normal operating temperature is reached.
  7. Turn off the engine and let it cool down (may take more than 30 minutes).
  8. After cooling, top up the coolant level if necessary.
  9. Leave Head Seal in the system for maintenance protection.

Most leaks are sealed immediately. In some cases, it may require a couple of driving cycles before the effect is noticed.
