Gorilla Epoxy is a 2-part adhesive with extremely high strength. Holds up to 240 kg/cm². The packaging provides an equal amount of resin and hardener, which creates a permanent, durable, and waterproof bond when mixed. Bonds plastic, wood, glass, metal, ceramics, stone, and much more.
Withstands moderate water exposure.
Gorilla Epoxy becomes transparent when cured, so crystal clear that you can bond two pieces of glass together. UV-protective formula that prevents it from fading or yellowing over time.
Comes with a mixing tray and spatula for mixing.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastics or similar materials.
Application temperature between +10ºC and +37ºC.
Withstands temperatures after curing: between -23 and +82C
Instructions for use
1. Preparation.
Remove the black cap located between the black plunger. With the tip facing up, cut or break off the end of the syringe tip. With the tip still facing up, squeeze out air by slowly pushing the plunger until the resin and hardener are at the tip.
2. Mix.
Dispense equal amounts of resin and hardener onto a clean, accessible surface. The plastic part of the packaging can be used as a mixing tray. Stir with the included spatula until the color is uniform.
3 Apply
Apply to the surface within five minutes. The bonding strength decreases the longer you wait to apply. Press the surfaces together and leave for 30 minutes.
Cleaning / storage.
To close, pull the plunger back slightly. Wipe the tip with a dry cloth. Align the notch on the tip with the groove on the cap; you will hear a click when the cap is securely closed. Store in a dry and cool place.
